Permanent vacancy – Sales Coordinator
Salary £23,000 – £25,000 (great bonus scheme)
Location – Bellshill
Working hours – 9am – 5.30pm Full on site
Working days – Monday to FridayPlease also note that having your own transport would be essential as this company aren’t located near a train station or on a busy bus route.Our client in Glasgow Bellshill, are a very well established renovations company and looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team due to company growth. They are looking for some who has previous Sales Admin/coordination experience and someone who is happy to work in a fast paced environment. Please read on to find out more….Duties and responsibilities

• You will be there to support the field sales team by qualifying customers needs before booking sales appointments into the sales team diaries
• Call potential customers after they have enquired online and on social media
• Qualify and confirm exactly what services customers are looking for
• Book appointments with customers and then schedule these appointments into the sales teams diaries
• Call customers after their sales visit to see if they would like to proceed
• Sending out quotes and also contracts to customers
• Daily admin tasks

About you

• Previous Sales admin/coordinator experience would be very beneficial for this role
• Customer Service experience
• Admin skills with excellent attention to detail
• Happy and confident speaking with people over the phone
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Happy to work to targets to achieve personal bonuses
