Sales & Design Executive (Kitchen + Bathrooms)£25,000- £28,000 + OTE £45,000 – £50,000 + Training + Flexible Hours + ProgressionTunbridge WellsDo you have experience with CAD, and any background or interest working in interior design, ready to develop your sales skills and become part of a growing company, where you will have 1:1 training and mentorship while earning a healthy commission, collaborating with the design director to deliver beautiful, bespoke interiors?Do you want to step into a dynamic role, where you will be encouraged to lead the team to secure new clients and take on projects, which will enable you to reach your full potential as both a designer and sales leader, with the potential for uncapped earnings?On offer is a unique opportunity to develop your career as an integral part of this growing company, where you will work closely with the director and in-house installation team to design and deliver bespoke interior solutions for a range of clients across the South East of England. You will also be responsible for leading sales activities, adding direct value through seamless account management, looking to grow existing accounts.The Role:

• Lead sales activities, with a focus on new business, and growing existing accounts
• Arrange client appointments and create designs which meet their unique needs
• Create aesthetic and functional designs for bathroom projects
• Work on projects from concept to completion, looking to understand client specifications, and ensure requirements are met within timeline and budget

The Person:

• Any experience with CAD
• Any experience with kitchen and bathroom design
• Keen to kickstart a career in a Design & Sales focused role
