Sales Development RepresentativeSandbachMonday – Friday – 08:00 – 17:00 (1hr paid lunch break)
£27,000 – 30,000 Per Annum DOEIdeal Recruit are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Sandbach for a Sales Development Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, career minded individual to thrive within a family business that offers great culture in the office as well as fantastic opportunities for progression.Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and enquiries for the BDM within your team
• Become an expert in your field and answer any questions regarding the products or company
• Working to KPI’s based on Booking Meetings, Creating Sales Opportunities, Outbound Calls
• Using company database to keep customer information up to date
• Go the extra mile to facilitate future sales and hit personal targets
• Keep records of calls and sales, taking note of any useful information

Essential Criteria:

• Some form of sales experience (preferably telesales)
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
• Good knowledge/experience of working with CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services in order to be able to explain them to prospects
• Excellent English skills, including communication over the phone and written
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Able to work as a team player
