About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing hot leads, making sales calls, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Job Description:
- Provide premium service and sales support to high quality inbound leads
- Exhibit an excellent work ethic balancing empathy and sales intent in sales conversations.
- Build trust and rapport with potential care recipients by using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understand and sell complex care solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aged care industry and Home Care Package regulations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle enquiries, complaints, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Qualities:
- Provide premium service and sales support to high quality inbound leads
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong ability to manage productive call volumes while maintaining quality engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to adapt messages to various audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and identify trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
- $65,000 – $80,000 OTE per annum + super based on experience

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years.
- Evidence of Australian work rights (passport, birth certificate, etc).
