• Delivering monthly sales targets for KPIs such as new vehicles, used vehicles, finance insurance and accessories including any brand requirements.
• Build rapport through talking with customers to understand their requirements and seeking to create a longer term relationship with them.
• Follow up with potential customers on enquiries and marketing activities.
• Coordinate internally and with the customer, the order and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner.
• Adhere to applicable sales procedures, including accurate and timely recording of customer details, appraisal and updating our customer base.
• Accurately appraise part exchanges as per group standards.

Skills & experience we know will help Sales Executive/Car Sales Executive succeed in this role

• Previous Cars Sales Executive experience is preferable (Sales Executive/Sales Advisor/Car Sales Executive)
• Previous track record of constructing and concluding sales transactions including objection handling and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service
• Self motivated with experience of delivering target objectives
• Ability to provide product information with good communication skills
• Confident and professional communication skills
