Salary: £25,000 basic – £55,000 OTE (Uncapped)Job SummaryOur client, a leading automotive dealership based in Basingstoke, is seeking a motivated and focused Car Sales Executive to join their successful team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established business that operates across the South and South-West of England.Key Responsibilities:

• Building rapport with customers and guiding them through the sales journey, from identifying their needs to demonstrating suitable vehicle options and organising test drives.
• Negotiating prices, payment methods, and finance agreements, ensuring all transactions comply with company guidelines.
• Engaging in regular training and development activities to stay aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with the Sales Administration team to manage orders, meet customer expectations, and prepare vehicles for delivery.
• Maintaining contact with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships for future business.
• Proactively managing daily selling activities, such as contacting new prospects and following up on enquiries to generate new business.
• Working closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Quick to learn, with the ability to provide thoughtful, considered responses.
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing business needs and market conditions.
• Competent in using PCs, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (on a 1-in-2 rota basis, with a day off during the week)
