The Sales Executive – UK and Europe is responsible for helping grow sales for Manufacturing, Fulfilment and Assembly and distribution supply chain services, including B2B and D2C e-commerce fulfillment business models in Europe.The Sales Executive – UK and Europe is responsible for helping grow sales for Manufacturing, Fulfilment and Assembly and distribution supply chain services, including B2B and D2C e-commerce fulfillment business models in EuropeThis role must be prepared to take on the challenges associated with further accelerating the expansion of a growth business. This position requires thinking big, exercising elements of a ‘startup’ mentality, and transforming innovative ideas into results.

  • Execute against the major steps of the sales process, focusing predominantly on UK FLD, including finding new business opportunities, qualifying new opportunities, pricing development, proposal preparation and presentation and closing new business
  • Establish, maintain, and foster long-lasting trusted relationships of prospective accounts
  • Collate and report pipeline tracker for UK and Poland to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis including following up on actions by department to ensure tenders are being managed in a timely manner and providing maximum visibility internally
  • Track and analyze sales on a monthly basis, adjusting the plan accordingly to ensure maximum performance
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Be the European gatekeeper / Super user for CRM tool salesforce to ensure all reports and local requirements are adapted to
  • Manage depository of price proposals to aid a speedy and efficient tender process
  • Obtain and decipher market reports on the UK / Poland 3PL landscape to enable us to better position ourself within these geographies
  • Contributes innovative ideas and participates in marketing events
  • Work with WW Marketing to create local email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, website enhancements, marketing material and potentially trade show displays

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales strongly preferred but business, logistics, supply chain or related field would be considered or commensurate education, training, and experience required

Required Experience

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, and PowerPoint), web-based, and Windows based software
  • Good understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn / Meta / X) and how best to utilize these to achieve sales growth goals
  • Strong project management skills, ideally based on the launch of new business platforms
  • The ability to think strategically in order to plan and create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated track record of qualifying and closing significant new business opportunities
