Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives. In this role, you will drive pipeline generation within small to medium-sized law firms and corporate organisations, guiding opportunities through the sales cycle to closure. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for daily team operations, setting performance targets, tracking metrics, and ensuring the achievement of both pipeline and closed business goals.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of BDRs and AEs to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
- Recruit and onboard highly skilled team members, fostering their development
- Monitor daily team activities, ensuring alignment with performance goals and progress toward targets.
- Set and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for individuals and the team.
- Audit sales calls, assess team skills, and provide coaching to improve effectiveness.
- Forecast sales performance against monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Manage individual and team performance, implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Maintain team motivation, fostering a positive culture to minimise attrition.
- Establish and optimise processes to ensure visibility of activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Success

- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in software sales, particularly in SaaS.
- Familiarity with Salesloft, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge or experience in the legal technology market.
- Expertise in managing geographic sales territories.
