What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Drive property sales and grow market share
• Win new instructions through valuations and strong client rapport
• Ensure the branch meets targets and maintains profitability
• Assist with team leadership and day-to-day operations
• Build and retain strong client relationships
• Represent the agency with professionalism in the local market

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Strong background in residential property sales
• Experience with valuations and winning instructions
• Motivated leader who can inspire and manage a team
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, well-presented, and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Knowledge of the Windsor area (preferred)
