This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive our ambitious growth plans in a customer focussed and energetic business.As the UK’s largest online printing company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality printed products with unmatched speed and efficiency. We are looking for someone who can maximise the spend of our expanding business client pool plus find new commercial opportunities for growth.Role OverviewAs Sales Manager, you will help define and execute the strategy for the instantprint direct sales team. You will be responsible for growing our client pool, maximising LTV and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Location: Office based 5 days a well at our state-of-the-art HQ in Manvers, Rotherham
- Salary: £35-45k
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through a sales team that results in commercial growth.
- Coach, develop and motivate a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Drive quarterly projects and initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Manage and develop the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities for our sales team to grow and develop business accounts.
- Set, monitor and review team KPIs to drive performance improvements in account growth.
- Turn data into actionable commercial insight that can be leveraged by the team to win and retain business.
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to penetrate key markets and industry trends.
- Establish and adapt the CRM strategy and systems that work to maximise existing client spend.
- Represent Instantprint at key industry events, using these opportunities to nurture existing client relationships, and build new client networks.
The ideal candidate
- Will be able to lead sales teams to achieve ambitious targets with the ability to drive performance and build an exciting and driven culture.
- Will be able to use data and insight to identify commercial opportunities and realise those into actionable tactics and projects.
- Is a strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and implement effective business development plans that deliver on both short- and long-term objectives.
- Will be able to drive business growth in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong client relationships and work with the wider Instantprint leadership team to achieve overall business objectives.
