As a Sales Manager you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.Daily Duties

• In charge of leading all sales via in reach and outreach
• Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
• Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club
• Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
• Be front facing for any member enquires
• Engaging in B2B sales creating corporate and membership deals

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record of success in membership sales
• Excellent customer service experience
