For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.The role:Fugro are seeking a creative, dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join Fugro’s driven, self-motivated team based in the stunning historic town of Wallingford. You will support the UK Land Marketing and Business Development teams, where you will be responsible assisting the delivery of an accelerated & innovative marketing plan and sales pipelines, concentrating on building growth. Whilst also learning about Fugro and its UK business.It is an exciting time to join the Geo-data sector with ever increasing growth opportunities and exciting projects and you will have an integral role to support the wider team goals and future. Fugro will offer you the opportunity to grow with the business and provide you a global platform to become successful and develop your own skills and knowledge within a market that is seeing vast change.The role will offer a diverse range of marketing responsibilities, including events and webinar planning and promotion, developing content, and delivering materials such as case studies, award entries, flyers, social media posts, photo/video shoots, email campaigns and presentations. You will also have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge by supporting the business development team and learn about our commercial deliverables, contracts, tenders, projects, and identifying new business opportunities.The role will require the sales and marketing coordinator to communicate effectively and confidently across the various business lines, in the UK and EU, to build key internal relationships and boost cross collaboration working.Who we’re looking for:We are seeking someone who can be self-driven and keen to build their learning and development, as this role offers a large range of development opportunity across the business.Fugro are seeking that person who has a genuine passion and shared enthusiasm to explore the most effective ways to promote Fugro to the wider business internally and externally. The market of Geo-data collation is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an individual that shows curiosity and offers innovative and creative ideas to support the team achieve their team goals.The sales and marketing coordinator will undertake tasks using a variety of software, and systems, so IT skills and knowledge of using Microsoft systems, would be essential.The role will be diverse and fast-paced at times, so working toward deadlines, time management and organisation will be key skills, with an attitude that promotes positivity with the team. Due to the nature of the role within marketing and business development, it is imperative that the successful candidate has excellent attention to detail, for content quality, and demonstrates efficiency in written and verbal communication.Ideally the successful sales and marketing coordinator will hold a relevant degree level qualification or similar transferable experience.What we offer:Fugro provides a positive work environment as well as projects that will satisfy the most curious minds.
