Sales & Marketing DirectorTorquay, Permanent, Full-Time, salary up to £54,263 with excellent benefits and pension.Torbay’s Electronics and Photonics Innovation Centre (EPIC) is at the heart of Torbay’s growing hi tech cluster and is pivotal to transforming Torbay’s economy. This is a really exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Director to be at the front of driving the growth of a strategically important business sector that can transform Torbay’s economy.As an accomplished Sales & Marketing Director you will be the driving force in supporting business collaboration that accelerates business growth, maintaining high levels of tenant or customer satisfaction while identifying their strategic needs and support their growth.This role requires an innovative, passionate technology focused Sales & Marketing Director who will lead and inspire to achieve targets, operational and financial acumen to ensure profitability and longevity.As theSales & Marketing Director you will have experience in the following:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role
• Thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the consultancy industry
• Office-based role with occasional travel required
• Fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Regular interactions with clients and stakeholders
