Job Description:Location: Sheffield HQSalary: £40,000 – £50,000Contract: PermanentHiring Manager: Head of Sales OperationsReports to: Head of Sales OperationsHours: 37.5 hours per weekJob Overview:As Sales Operations Manager at Twinkl,you will be responsible for driving the optimization of our CRM system to enhance sales and marketing efficiency. As a key member, you will support revenue optimisation initiatives, manage technical aspects of HubSpot CRM, develop and implement workflows, and ensure data integrity. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing training, resolving technical issues, and continuously improving CRM processes to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Sales Operations with business-wise revenue optimisation projects
  • Oversee the technical management of HubSpot CRM, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with Twinkl’s goals
  • Develop and implement HubSpot workflows to streamline processes across Sales and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify CRM requirements and translate them into HubSpot configurations
  • Manage data integrity within HubSpot CRM, including data cleaning, deduplication, and segmentation
  • Provide technical support and training to Sales and Marketing teams on HubSpot usage, including creating reports, dashboards, and custom fields
  • Monitor and optimise HubSpot integrations with other systems and tools to maximise efficiency and data accuracy
  • Continuously assess and improve CRM processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on HubSpot platform updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the CRM remains optimised and aligned with business needs.

Requirements:Key Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customisation, and optimisation
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing complex workflows within HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how they can be supported and improved through CRM systems
  • Experience in technical management of CRM platforms, with a focus on HubSpot
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis within HubSpot, including data cleaning, segmentation, and reporting
  • Ability to provide training and support to users at various levels of proficiency in HubSpot
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations with other systems and tools, and the ability to manage and optimise these integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into HubSpot configurations.
