You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring, alongside monitoring KPI’s and dealing with high level decisions.This company are a leading global manufacturer specializing in drive automation solutions, providing innovative gearmotors, frequency inverters, and motion control systems for a wide range of industrial applications.The role would suit Sales Operations Manager from an Electrical Systems background, wanting to progress their career to the next level in a company known for their staff retention.The Role

• 50% field based, 50% work from home
• Managing 5 External Sales Representatives
• Coaching / mentoring
• Covering North patch
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• Sales Operations Manager or similar
• Electrical systems (Power Transmission, Conveyors, Bearings, Pumps, Motor)
