Within this role you will liaise with various management levels to optimally support our launch and change management programs, all focused at optimizing our portfolio performance;
Due to various interdependencies, within this role you need to integrate Territory Management, OmniChannel Cycle Plan, Incentive Compensation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations with various business processes;
The role requires successful interactions and cooperation with a large variety of commercial, medical and market access stakeholders within our Patient Value Units (PVU) and Talent organization;
The candidate must consistently demonstrate understanding and adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

A minimum of BSc (or equivalent);
Experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM. A good understanding of CRM processes and functionalities is key;
Robust working experience in commercial organizations, pharma experience is preferred;
