About The Role
  
We’re looking to recruit a Sales Operations Officer to support our international and domestic student recruitment activity at Falmouth University and allow us to achieve our ambitious targets.
The post holder will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets, optimising sales processes, analysing data and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
About You
The successful candidate for this role will need to be a sales-orientated, proactive and hard-working person who actively plays their part in continuing to make Falmouth University a great place to work. It’s a fast-paced environment, we are looking for people who have the energy and agility to achieve our ambitious plans. Alongside these core qualities, you’ll be self-motivated, keen to learn and have a solid knowledge of using a CRM system.
 
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience: 
 

  • Recent and relevant proven inside sales recruitment experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a commercial education environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM and associated processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence

This is a full time, 35 hours a week position across Monday-Friday. The role is hybrid and will require both working from home and an on-campus presence.
