Sales Order ProcessorWe are looking for Sales Order Processors to join us at our site in Normanton, West Yorkshire. Due to business growth, this Sales Order Processor role offers you a unique opportunity to be part of our factory operation as we continue to expand.In this role, you will be responsible for the allocation and processing of all incoming enquiries and orders onto our CRM. As a Sales Order Processor, you will process customer orders and enquiries, ensure all orders are checked, and resolve and monitor issues. Utilising your previous customer service and sales administration experience, you will be able to communicate effectively with our internal teams, produce reports and provide technical help and support.What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a sales administration environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
- Able to listen well, multi-task and deliver excellent customer service
- Decisive, with the ability to make decisions quickly
- Good time management and workload organisation
- Able to work effectively under pressure and achieve results
