Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, in-person visits, social media).
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:
• Full-time position.
