Purpose
To deliver sales targets by progression of reservations through to successful completion. The role requires the efficient and effective progression of the sales pipeline, providing excellent customer service and seamless journey, developing strong relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the sales progression process for various tenure options, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and processed efficiently and in line with current legislative requirements.
- Delivering excellent customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and undertaking conveyancing administration.
- Preparation of forecasts and accurate reports on progression and third-party performance, highlighting risks and actively seeking to resolve.
- Review and approval of legal documents in preparation for authorisation.
- The ongoing compliance with regulations and legislation.
- Working collaboratively with the Sales and PX Teams, and various external parties, to ensure cohesive and integrated sales progression efforts.
- Responsible for growing and developing yourself, ensuring you attend appropriate induction and ongoing training to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge of industry trends.

Knowledge & Experience
- GCSE English and Mathematics grades C and above
- Knowledge and experience of the conveyancing process, property appraisals and part exchange process.
- Proficiency in business IT (MS Word, Excel) and willing to learn new software tools.
- Experience using Salesforce, or similar CRM system, adhering to process and compliance activities are desirable.
- Understanding of weekly and monthly sales reporting cycles and content is desirable.
- Experience of the property or conveyancing industry would be advantageous.
