If you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we’d love to welcome you into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.As a Loyalty Specialist at Group 1 Automotive you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in exciting brands.What you will be doing?Contacting customers by telephone inbound/outbound, and by email to review current finance agreementsMaintaining a high level of finance product knowledgeFocusing on achieving a high retentionProviding exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referralsMaintaining good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records and orderly administration of your workSupport our OneCustomer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experienceWhat we are looking for?We are looking for individuals who meet the below criteria to join our team.
