Reference: 4591Sales Support Administrator – Hemel HempsteadThink Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading IT Service provider on an exclusive basis to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy close-knit team.The successful candidate will be a well organised individual with strong prior experience in an Administration role previously. Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and make the role their own, whilst working for a company that offer great benefits and rewards.This role will be based in our clients Hemel Hempstead office, with the working hours being 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, (with a 5pm finish on a Friday). Please note our client may also be open to the successful candidate working 9am – 3pm (or similar part time/flexible hours). This will be a fully office-based position with the potential for Hybrid working available after six months! On offer is a generous starting salary between £25k – £32k, depending on the candidate’s experience.Duties:
- General administration duties related to sales activity including quotes, notes, presentations, raising invoices.
- Make regular calls to Customers to discuss order requirements.
- Follow up submitted quotes when necessary.
- Ensuring CRM is kept up to date with all relevant Customer related activity.
- Liaise and build relationships with clients.
- Review sales data and generate reports for the sales team.
- Liaise with other teams across the country.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator who is able to build relationships with clients.
- Previous experience within Customer Service and Administration positions is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software is ideal, experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM would be advantageous.
- Quick learner who is able to pickup software systems quickly.
