Our customers are cause-based and make a positive difference in the world and include range of schools, colleges, universities, charities, museums, professional associations and clubs.About this Sales Support role:We’re hiring a high-energy, techy all-rounder to support our international sales team with a range of interesting tasks from prospect research, to preparing sales demo websites to creating proposal packs.This role will equip you skills across communications, sales, design and project-management – and help you build a global network with our team and our customers. It’s perfect for a recent grad or early-stage career professional interested in tech sales and fast career promotion – we’ll support you to move into more senior sales – or other – roles.You’ll be based in the UK, with an international mindset, and the flexibility to shift your working hours (e.g. starting later/ finishing later) several days a week to support with sales calls for other timezones.Your Responsibilities
- Conduct research (e.g. online/ LinkedIn) on prospective customers
- Respond to quick questions from sales prospects
- Support the sales team to update information in our sales pipeline system
- Take initial calls with prospects to gather requirements before a full product demo
- Help to create sales demo websites and ‘user-journeys’ in preparation for a demo
- Prepare proposal documents and presentation packs
- Support regional marketing, conferences and partnerships
- Feedback suggestions to product team
RequirementsYou’re likely to succeed if you are:

- Quick to learn about new software products and markets
- Interested (and with relevant experience) in community management, membership associations, education advancement (e.g. fundraising/ alumni) and related topics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, capital-efficient SaaS scale-up
- Flexible to join team calls in other time zones when required
- Authentic, transparent and constructive in your working style
