You’ll be responsible for the development, motivation, and effectiveness of the sales team – supporting them to reach exceptional levels of performance by understanding how to get the best out of people in an outbound B2B telesales environment. You’ll be ensuring that the team are maximising call time, achieving their KPIs and providing ongoing feedback, coaching & training to help them to perform at their very best.Job Details· Embedding a coaching and performance management culture within your team, ensuring teams are engaged, motivated within a fun working atmosphere· Ensuring that the operational goals of the department are met, including call quality, telephony adherence, sales volume and value, sales quality and sales conversions· Conducting audit and quality checks of colleagues work, and providing feedback & development where required· Collaborating with other Sales Teams to identify process improvements and adherence to company processesSkills we would love you to have· Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience of leading an operational team, ideally within the Energy Industry & Outbound Sales· Track record of building high levels of engagement with teams, ensuring the ability to deliver exceptional customer and colleague outcomes· Able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must· A strong influencer, you will listen to understand, be on hand to coach, advise and challenge the status quo as necessary.· You’ll be able to take data and info and translate into insight to drive decision making.Self-aware and reliable with the desire to constantly improve to be the best version of yourselfYour application will be processed on Occupop our applicant tracking systemThe controller of your data is Utility Bidder Ltd with its registered office in Corby, UK.
