Learning Links is a not-for-profit children’s organisation with a 50-year history helping families and children with learning difficulties and disabilities.
The Junior Salesforce Administrator role is a newly created role at Learning Links based within our Head Office at Alexandria. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day support, maintenance of IT environments, as well as the key resource for executing key projects, improvement opportunities and contributing to the future technology direction.
Day to day you will be:
- Providing technical support and advice to users across various business functions.
- Supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting IaaS and SaaS business applications.
- Managing internal customer relationships, expectations & communications.
- Maintaining ICT related documentation and provide in-house training when necessary.
- Liaising with our external IT Managed Service Provider
- Conducting testing and quality assurance for business applications
- Supporting driving efficiencies through business process automation and improving the customer experience in Salesforce and other business systems.
- Working on exciting digital transformation projects.
- Assisting in project testing, delivery and user training
- General hands-on hardware support

About you
- A highly motivated team player with a desire to learn.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (minimum).
- Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or similar practical experience (3 years minimum)
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience with enterprise business applications such as CRM, accounting system (FinancialForce or similar), service management (JIRA SM or similar).
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, SharePoint and, Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge/awareness of cyber security principles (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities; collaborative approach in building trust across departments and fostering innovation.
