Position Summary
The Salesforce & Data Manager is charged with the responsibility of developing data-oriented systems and managing all data to meet the needs of TeenWorks and its stake holders. This position will be responsible for all/any data entry, supporting human resources, develop good working relationships with youth and key stakeholders, some accounting tasks, and other duties as assigned. The Salesforce & Data Manager will report directly to the VP of Finance to ensure that TeenWorks completes its mission. This person will work directly with the Director of Finance and members of the program team to help strengthen our ability to help the youth we serve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
- Supervise Salesforce system to organize, store & secure all program and donor data.
- Develop procedures and policies for data management.
- Oversee development of reporting & visualizations in data management platform.
- Assist in building internal applications & performing other data-related tasks to meet organizational needs.
- Complete acknowledgement letters
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks as assigned.
- Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
- Assist HR Generalist with payroll, onboarding and other HR tasks.
- Proficient computer skills, including fast, accurate typing, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks is critical.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in: Salesforce, QuickBooks, Non-Profit work, Development, Analysis, Human Resources, Accounting and Data Management is preferred.
- Excellent written, typing and communication skills.
