Do you want to join us at the heart of trust?We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Transformation Delivery Manager to take charge of a critical project, aimed at unifying our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms into a single, cohesive data model. The primary focus of this project is to enhance both our customer and employee experiences, while also improving precision in financial reporting processes.What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce transformation project, ensuring alignment with Trustpilot’s strategic objectives and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop a comprehensive project plan
  • Direct the design and implementation of a unified CRM data model, leveraging Salesforce technologies and best practices to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Oversee the migration of data from existing CRM systems to the new unified platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Lead and mentor a team of project resources, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure effective project delivery
  • Champion Agile methodologies and practices, leading sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and adaptability
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle

Who you are:

  • Certified in relevant Salesforce qualifications, with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and architecture
  • Certified in Agile methodologies through Scrum Alliance, with hands-on experience in the execution of Agile transformation initiatives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management practices
  • In-depth knowledge of change and risk management within a large integrated environment
  • Proven history of effectively delivering large-scale transformation projects within complex, global organisations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the global organisation
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications
