We seek to extensively engage with clinical communities to communicate product improvements and prioritise environmental, social, and governance considerations across the business and workforce.Pharmanovia’s therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.About the role:As Business Change Manager at Pharmanovia, your role will be to achieve measured improvements in business operations. You will be a mediator between the SAP Centre of Excellence, Operations and Finance teams., and play a key role in supporting projects for business change.The SAP Centre of Excellence is a department with an ethos of continuous improvement, and this – along with the rapid growth of the business – leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.Main responsibilities and duties:
- Primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
- Ability to quickly develop detailed knowledge of the business model, culture and environment
- Design, development, delivery and management of all programme communications in collaboration with the central communications team
- Effective marketing and communication skills to sell the programme vision to all stakeholders
- Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Recommend organisational change solutions, and the interdependencies and timing of change initiatives across the organisation through analysis
- Define metrics that can be used to measure success and track change progress
- Support the creation and delivery of communications in relation to projects and change initiatives
- Identify and determine strategies to manage resistance
- Assess change impact by identifying stakeholders, determining change readiness, and conducting analyses
- Ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans and lead in their implementation
- Continually track the change journey by monitoring, evaluating and ensuring user readiness
- Coach and direct team members across the programme, regions and countries
- Coach, support, and engage change sponsors, agents, and champions
- Ensure that an appropriate fit for purpose training strategy is developed and implemented
- Determine training needs and support the design and delivery of training programs in relation to projects
About you:Candidates with at least 4 years of experience in international change management, including SAP system transformation, should have the skills and knowledge required to be successful in this role. We are also looking for:
- Change Management certifications, such as APMG and Prosci
- Knowledge and experience of business change techniques such as business process modelling and gap analysis
- Experience of leading SAP business change teams
- Experience in delivering a minimum of 3 SAP implementations of Finance and Supply Chain processes
- Strong knowledge of regulated healthcare is desirable
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for aligning cross-organisational efforts to foster a unified business perspective
- Proficient in applying change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record in large-scale organisational change projects
- Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities while supporting the overall strategy
- Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and business functions
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business priorities in alignment with strategic goals
- Creative innovator balanced with analytical and strategic discipline
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being flexible, open to new ideas, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
