ROLE PURPOSE: The Assistant Finance Officer supports the Senior Finance Officer in managing financial documentation, data entry, and compliance processes. The role ensures timely, accurate, and quality financial document management, including data recording, reviewing supporting documents, managing staff advances, ensuring correct coding, and scanning all financial documentation into the Document Archive System. The position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting payment processes, managing petty cash, and ensuring adherence to Save the Children financial policies and procedures. |
