The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity working in the School of Information Technology. Providing expert administrative advice and support of the School’s Research Office, human resources activities and School events. This role if a great chance to work in a supportive and inclusive environment where you can develop and learn skills to further your experience and career.
To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic, a team player, and enjoy providing innovative administrative advice and support to a range of stakeholders in the School. You will have strong communication skills and have experience in process improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the School’s human resources portfolio to facilitate staff onboarding, exits, academic and higher degree by research visitors, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner resulting in an exemplary candidate experience.
To be successful, you’ll have:
Ability to understand and work within the University and Faculty academic and administrative policies
