Job Description Planning and implementation – Identify Colleges for conducting sessions – Developing Monthly schedule for conducting sessions in colleges – Conduct pre-post assessment with College students – Conduct sessions on sexual &reproductive health with College Students – User acquisition and user engagement on M health Application Partnering – Seeking permissions from Colleges for conducting sessions – Seeking like-minded Partnership with different stakeholders – NGOs,Dept of Education, universitithose are working with Colleges Documentation – Proper collection of documentation of success stories/ testimonials, Pictures/Photos – Cross Verification of Pre-post assessment and corrections if any – Keeping records of pre-post assessment & incentive distribution – Maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly records of sessions – Share success stories/testimonials, as well as pictures/photos, by uploading them to the drive. Qualification and work experience – Graduates in a Social Work/Para -professionals/D. Ed or any experience in the teaching field. – Should be able to communicate in Marathi, Hindi and English – Should be able to register the names and fill in data in English Expected Skills Set – Sensitive towards understanding the health issues of the beneficiaries – Should be able to achieve the set targets – Should work towards improving the health of the beneficiaries and help them in a change of behaviour/attitude and practices – Basic Knowledge of computer (MS Office/Google sheet/docs and forms)
– Partnering and engaging with stakeholders – Ability to work with minimal supervision. – Data collection skills – Networking and influencing skills. – Should be able to take multiple sessions in a day – High integrity, ownership and effective Presentation skills & session delivery Salary The range is between 18000 to 20000 as per experience. Reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided based on the actual amount spent in the field.
