Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a Framework Agreement to provide the following services:

Establishing Hotel Framework Agreement (FWA) in Baghdad

Please follow the below three submission options

Electronic Submission via ProSave

  • Submit your response in accordance with the guidance provided in the below document: if you are registered in Ariba Network

If you are not registered in Ariba Network (ProSave) please follow the standard account self-registration guidance

Electronic Submission via Email

  • Email should be addressed to Procurement Department at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
  • The subject of the email should be “RFQ/PR-COI-2024-0011 / Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
  • All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
  • Emails should not exceed 20mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
  • Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.

Paper Submission

  • One paper copy submitted on headed paper to Iraq Country Office-Farage Commercial Complex, Opposite of 4 Towers, Area 128, Ankawa, Erbil, Iraq
  • Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to Yasser Rasheed.
  • The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to tender reference number (PR-COI-2023-0011) but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder’s name.
  • All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc.), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.

The final date of submission will be than 30 April 2024 04:30 PM GMT+3 Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.
