Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following products:
providing Al-mahzam school within solar panels to have access for electricity according to the attached BoQ
Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents.

Completed tender documents are due to be submitted to one of the Save the Children Offices in the following locations in sealed envelopes:
- Save the Children Office, Kirkuk, Huzairan—Hay Al-Jamiaa-behind jamaa al-Rahman Al-Rahim
NOTE: Please indicate the following Reference number on your envelope (Quotation for the PR524390 )
Paper Submission
- One paper copies submitted on headed paper to Kirkuk FO-Shoraw noorcity
- Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to SCI Kirkuk FO
- The envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference number Quotation for the PR524390 , but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder’s name.
- All supporting documentation should be labeled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled, etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.
Electronic Submission via Email

- Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed.
- The subject of the email should be “Quotation for the PR524390 /Bidder Response.
- All attached documents should be clearly labeled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
- Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
- Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.

To be able to access the link to the questionnaire, you need to register on the Ariba Network.
- Go to the Ariba Network Link and follow the process described in the attachment below to Register on the Ariba Network.
- Once you have created your account and completed the Registration Questionnaire, you can participate to the event and Submit your response in accordance to the guidance provided in the attached document:
In total, we request that you supply us with the following information:
- Signed and stamped copy of the quotation
- Copy of business owner ID
- Copy of confirmation letters that requested from the bidder response,
- Copy of primary key contact ID
- Copy of Updated version of Disclaimer of Tax 2023 or 2024
- Copy of valid business registration
- Signed and stamped copy of the SCI Policies in the attached of this tender package
The final date of submission will be than 4/Nov/2024 04:30 PM GMT+3 Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.
