Supply construction material for water supply system in summel district Duhok

Completed tender documents are due to be submitted to one of the Save the Children Offices in the following locations in sealed envelopes:

Paper Submission
One paper copy submitted on headed paper to Iraq Dohuk Field Office /Qazi Muhammed Road,Beside Amnuel Hotel,Rasan Street
Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to Iraq Dohuk Field Office /Qazi Muhammed Road,Beside Amnuel Hotel,Rasan Street
The envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference number PR443295, but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder’s name.
All supporting documentation should be labeled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled, etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.

Once you have created your account and completed the Registration Questionnaire, you can participate to the event and Submit your response in accordance to the guidance provided in the attached document:

In total, we request that you supply us with the following information:
Signed and stamped copy of the quotation
Copy of business owner ID
Copy of confirmation letters that requested from the bidder response,
Copy of primary key contact ID
Copy of Updated version of Disclaimer of Tax 2022 or 2023
Copy of valid business registration
Copy of your latest Tax Clearance documents from Ministry of Finance 2022 or 2023
Signed and stamped copy of the SCI Policies in the attached of this tender package

The final date of submission will be on 28th April 2024 02:30 PM GMT+3 Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.
