Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following products:

Supply and delivery Equipment and material for DOW laboratory in Duhok, according to the BoQ attached

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents.

Completed tender documents are due to be submitted to one of the Save the Children Offices in the following locations in sealed envelopes:

• Save the Children Office, Ninawa office, Iraq Dohuk Field Office /Qazi Muhammed Road,Beside Amnuel Hotel,Rasan Street

NOTE: Please indicate the following Reference number on your envelope (PR474676)

Paper Submission

• One paper copy should be submitted on headed paper to Duhok FO
• Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to SCI Duhok FO
• The envelope should indicate the tender reference number PR474676 but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder’s name.
• All supporting documentation should be labeled and grouped (individual envelopes, stapled, etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.

Electronic Submission via ProSave (Preferable)

To be able to access the link to the questionnaire, you need to register on the Ariba Network.

• Go to the Ariba Network Link and follow the process described in the attachment below to Register on the Ariba Network.
• Once you have created your account and completed the Registration Questionnaire, you can participate to the event and Submit your response in accordance to the guidance provided in the attached document:

In total, we request that you supply us with the following information:

1. Signed and stamped copy of the quotation
2. Copy of business owner ID
3. Copy of confirmation letters that requested from the bidder response,
4. Copy of primary key contact ID
5. Copy of Updated version of Disclaimer of Tax 2023
6. Copy of valid business registration
7. Copy of your latest Tax Clearance documents from Ministry of Finance 2023
8. Signed and stamped copy of the SCI Policies in the attached of this tender package

The final date of submission will be than 11/July/2024 04:30 PM GMT+3 Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.

تقديم الورقي

• يقدم نسخة ورقية (ظرف مغلق) مختوم وموقع, الى مكتب منظمة انقاذ الطفل – دهوك- طريق قاضي محمد- قرب فندق عمانويل – شارع رسن

نطلب منك تزويدنا بالمعلومات التالية :

1. نسخة من العرض (مختومة وموقعة)
2. نسخة من هوية مالك العمل او المقاول (صاحب الشركة والمخول)
3. نسخة من اسماء الموظفين الاساسين (اسماء وارقام الهواتف)
4. نسخة من أحدث مستندات التخليص الضريبي من وزارة المالية (حسابات ختامية و براءة ذمة) لسنة 2023
5. نسخة من تسجيل الأعمال التجارية سارية المفعول (هوية غرفة التجارة اوشهادة ممارسة المهنة)

6 . نسخة من سياسات SCI  موقعة ومختومة يمكن تحميلها من متستند ال BIDDER RESPONSE

7 . نسخة (مختومة و موقعة) من مستندات الـ BIDDER RESPONSE, مع جميع الكتب المطلوبه فيه

الرجاء استخدام رقم العطاء (المذكور ادناه)  على العطاء المقدم, كل اوراق العروض يجب ان يكون مختوم وموقع من قبل الشركة, ويرسل الى الموقع المذكور اعلاه   PR474676
