Looking for a SCRUM Master with exposure to full development life cycle, test driven development (TDD)You will have a strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, and have solid people management experience. You will ideally be a SCRUM master, and have come from a development management background and delivered N-Tier architecture projects in a Financial Services setting Experience in a DevOps environment would be highly beneficial as would experience in Banking and Digital applications.Any experience in maturing a product landscape and mentoring others would be highly desirable. Must have strong 3rd party management skills. You will have been expected to come up through a development career path but once again that is not essential. A good understanding of Target Operating Models would be ideal, but not essential. In return you have a great career path mapped out for a company that that is transforming.
