Job description

A Scrum Master is required to manage multiple scrum teams and to assist with the growth and development of Agile. You will have extensive Scrum Master experience, ideally gained within a large enterprise environment, with good knowledge of Jira and Confluence and ideally have been responsible for embedding Agile processes, procedures into a new environment. You will have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills. Any experience of SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) advantageous though not essential.The role will involve working as part of the Scrum Master team, managing multiple squads, facilitating the ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, sprint reviews, dealing with the refinement sessions, back-log sessions, embedding best practices, liaising with the business, senior stakeholders and change boards etc. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office in Manchester.As a Scrum Master you will have the following:
