Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary The Sculpture Studio Assistant will assist with overseeing compliance with studio policies & maintain a safe work environment. This position offers approximately 10 hours a week when school is in session for candidates who hold 22/23 Federal Work Study. Pay rate $15.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
  • The Sculpture Studio Assistant will oversee compliance of studio policies & maintain a safe work environment.
  • Responsibilities include cleaning power tools after usage, tidying & organizing studio, tool room & patio working space.
  • Ensure students using the studio follow safety dress code & rules.
  • Selected candidates will be trained on & then, supervise power tool usage, 3D Printers, basic studio operations & follow instructions and duties as given by faculty & or, Art Manager.

  • Experience with power tools is preferred.
