The consultancy under these Terms of Reference (TOR) is envisaged under Outcome 1 of the Programme (Authorities, at state, entity and Brčko District levels, effectively work on planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the SDG Framework in BiH and foster development partnerships) as support to the Institute for Development Programming of FBiH. More specifically, through this intervention, the consultant will conduct a functional analysis of existing job positions at the Institute, along with proposing a new systematization.

The current systematization of the Institute for Development Programming of FBiH requires a thorough revision and improvement. Within this ToR, the Expert will be engaged to provide expert and technical support to the Institute for Development Programming of FBiH to develop a new systematization including descriptions of job positions, fully aligned with laws and by-laws, and the “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Framework in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. The Expert will provide guiding and quality assurance support, ensuring inclusion of “Leave No One Behind” principle.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  April / June 2024.
