Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)awareness, and clearance of mines, explosives and remnants of war.to assistance for people affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organized & executed programs throughout Iraq. including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently holds offices in Duhok and Mosul.

Under the supervision of the clearance team leader, the SHO Searcher is responsible for conducting mines search and tagging within the BAC-IEDD search tasks under the direct supervision of the Clearance Team Leader.  The duties will be in accordance with the drills and procedures taught during IMAS Level 1 training or during the BAC-IEDD Searcher Level One training.

تحت إشراف قائد فريق الإزالة، يتحمل الباحث في منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية مسؤولية إجراء بحث عن الألغام ووضع علامات عليها ضمن مهام البحث عن القنابل المحتملة الموجودة في المنطقة BAC-IEDD) حيث يجب ان تكون هذه المهام متماشية مع التدريبات والإجراءات التي تم اعطاءها خلال الدورة للمستوى IMAS Level 1) أو أثناء دورة البحث  (BAC-IEDD Searcher Level One )

• Conducting Searching and tagging activities in the clearance area in order to locate potential IED operations. The search activities are conducted as per the approved DMA map and a daily target of IED search area is assigned.
• القيام بعمليات البحث ووضع العلامات في منطقة الاَزالة من أجل تحديد القنابل المحتملة. يتم إجراء عمليات البحث وفقًا للخريطة المعتمدة من دائرة شؤون الالغام وتخصيص هدف يومي لمنطقة البحث .
• Informing the team leader orally and physically by raising the hand whenever a IED is suspected in the field, in addition the searcher must lower the incorrect identification of the IED to the minimum level.
• إبلاغ قائد الفريق شفهيًا وجسديًا من خلال رفع اليد عند تحديد قنبلة محتملة، وايضاَ يجب عليه تقليل عدد المرات التي يتم فيها التحديد بشكل خاطىء.
• Ensuring that clearance trainings and procedures are performed as instructed and assessed by SHO staff, and in accordance with SHO SOPs. In the event where demining activities cease for any reason for more than a week, a refresher technical training about demining activities would be considered as a must.
• ضمان أن التدريبات المتعلقة بالإزالة والإجراءات تُنفَّذ حسب التعليمات ويتم تقييمها من قبل موظفي منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية، ووفقًا لمعايير التشغيل القياسية لمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية .في حال توقف أنشطة ازالة الألغام لأي سبب لمدة تزيد عن أسبوع، سيُعتبر تدريب فني ملخص حول أنشطة ازالة الألغام أمرًا ضروريًا.
• Ensuring that all equipment used in the performance of his/her duties is correctly inspected, tested, operated and maintained, and getting the approval from the team leader that the tested and inspected equipment are well functioning before heading to field and during the working in order to ensure a zero level of tolerance against malfunctioning equipment.
• التأكد من أن جميع المعدات المستخدمة في أداء العمل مفحوصة ومُختبرة ومُشغَّلة ومُحتفظ بها بشكل صحيح، والحصول على موافقة من قائد الفريق بأن المعدات تعمل بشكل جيد قبل التوجه إلى الحقل وأثناء العمل، من أجل ضمان عدم وجود أي تسامح ضد اي خلل في المعدات.
• Getting the approval from the team leader against a stable mental health before heading to the field in order to ensure the lowest possible level of security related risks.
• الحصول على موافقة من قائد الفريق على استقرار الصحة النفسية قبل التوجه إلى الحقل من أجل ضمان أدنى مستوى ممكن من المخاطر المتعلقة بالأمن.
• Implementing efficiently the “Stop, Stand, Stil” policy when operating in the field upon facing an urgency in order to mitigate the risk uncharted activities area.
• تنفيذ سياسة “توقف، وقف، وأثبت” بكفاءة عند العمل في الحقل عند مواجهة حالة طارئة من أجل التقليل من مخاطر النشاطات غير المعروفة.
• Informing any errors/faults immediately to the Team Leader/Site Supervisor in order to keep a high level of personal safety and security.
• إلأبلاغ عن أي أخطاء/عيوب فورًا إلى قائد الفريق او مشرف الموقع من أجل الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من السلامة والأمان الشخصي.
• The searcher must Follow SHO’s PSEA policy to preserve the trust and safety of the communities SHO serve. also helps maintain our SHO’s ethical standards.
• يجب على الباحث اتباع سياسة PSEA الخاصة بـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية للحفاظ على الثقة وسلامة المجتمعات التي تخدمها المنظمة. كما يساعد ذلك في الحفاظ على المعايير الأخلاقية لـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية.
• Any Other Tasks Required by Lien Manager
• أي مهام أخرى مطلوبة من قبل المدير المباشر.
