Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of CRS/ Iraq Administrative officer , the staff will be responsible for maintaining the physical security of the CRS office, including greeting and controlling visitors; monitoring the premises; and reporting issues or hazards to line manager
Roles and Key Responsibilities:
✓ The incumbent is going to act like front desk, answer and direct the visitors or vendors to the related departments.
✓ Follow up with some governmental directorates (as needed) according to the supervisor’s instructions.
✓ Patrol office premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
✓ Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors, ensuring only known / pre-approved individuals may enter the office. Issue CRS visitor badges to visitors, and ensure that visitors are not left unattended.
✓ Maintain a detailed logbook of visitors including date, time, affiliation, signature.
✓ Report to supervisor immediately regarding any incident such as theft, break-in, unknown visitors, etc.
✓ Follow up on the office’s generator; operating, checking up and fuel.
✓ Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency.
✓ To be fully aware of the contents and assets of the office and to report in the event of a loss or defect in the contents of the office.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Qualifications Professional Qualifications:
· At least one year of experience in similar work, preferably for an NGO
· Knowledge of basic health and hygiene standards
. Can use computers and applications such as Microsoft programs
Education and Experience :- High School Degree or Diploma
– Required Languages – Arabic
– Basic English is preferring
– local languages are preferred
