Background:
Under the daily supervision of the National Programme Officer in Tiraspol, who is accountable and reports to DHoM the incumbent safeguards staff, visitors and property of the Tiraspol Office of the OSCE Mission to Moldova. The incumbent also provides driving services for the OSCE personnel, transportation of goods and performs other repetitive tasks related to maintenance of the Tiraspol based vehicle.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under supervision, with specific instructions, the incumbent ensures the security and protection of persons and property in the OSCE Mission:

3. Performs receptionist duties at the entry point of the Tiraspol office:

5. Performs other related work as assigned.

The Mission may ask the selected candidate to provide a Criminal background certificate, issued by national authorities, to declare s/he has not a criminal record.

Remuneration Package:
Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deduction is EUR 451. OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in Moldova. Social benefits include participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund.
