Location: Pekua / Ramu / Kutubdia (Cox’s Bazar)

The incumbent will be responsible for overall UH&FWCs security system of Cox’s Bazar under Health and Gender Support Project funded by the World Bank through UNFPA.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain security of the facility.
• Carry logistics from GoB/ other stakeholders to the facility.
• Support midwife during night time if there is any unwanted behavior of clients.
• Support to maintain Generator, Solar system, IPS, IPC etc. at the facility.
• Support cleaner where necessary.

Compliance

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Safeguarding/ PSEA

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Special Assignment

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and senior management team.

• Valid NID
• JSC Certificate completed.
• SSC Certificate preferred.

• Good physical structure with good health.
• Excellent capability to handle unwanted situations.
• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organization
