JOB SUMMARY

The Guard is working under the Liaison & Security Officer, the Guard is responsible keep the MG Yemen

environment safe, ensuring compliance with MG internal policies and procedures as well as donor

regulations.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
• Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
• Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Report to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
• Ensure the environment is safe and secure
• Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while
• Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to
• protocols
• Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• At least two years of experience in International Organizations.
• Flexible and follow the regulations and MG policies.
