Responsibilities:

̶ Protect organization’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

̶ Prevent uninvited individuals from entering organization premises.

̶ Maintain log of visitors.

̶ Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

̶ Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.

̶ Apprehend criminals and evict violators.

̶ Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report in detail incidents.

̶ Patrol building and perimeter.

̶ Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.

̶ Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.

̶ Identify and prevent fire risks.

حماية ممتلكات المنظمة وموظفيها من خلال الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومأمونة. 

منع الأفراد غير المدعوين من دخول مباني المنظمة. 

الاحتفاظ بسجل الزوار. 

مراقبة علامات الجريمة أو الفوضى والتحقيق في الاضطرابات. 

التصرف بشكل قانوني في الدفاع المباشر عن الحياة أو الممتلكات. 

القبض على المجرمين وطرد المخالفين. 

تدوين ملاحظات دقيقة عن الأحداث غير العادية والإبلاغ عن الحوادث بالتفصيل. 

دوريات حول المبنى ومحيطه. 

مراقبة والتحكم في الوصول عند مداخل المباني وبوابات المركبات. 

مشاهدة أنظمة الإنذار أو كاميرات الفيديو وتشغيل معدات الكشف / الطوارئ. 

تحديد ومنع مخاطر الحريق.

Qualification:

̶ Minimum of 1-year experience in security/ guard field, experience with NGOs is preferable.

̶ The Guard must be resident of Kirkuk City.

̶ Has good knowledge and capable in operating CCTV systems.

̶ Capable in operating security equipment, e.g. walkie-talkie.

̶ Good knowledge in the designated area.

̶ Other trainings and certificates, e.g. HEAT is preferable.

التأهيل:

̶ خبرة لا تقل عن 1 سنة في مجال الأمن / الحراسة ، ويفضل الخبرة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية.

̶ يجب أن يكون الحرس من سكان مدينة كركوك.

-لديه معرفة جيدة وقادر على تشغيل أنظمة المراقبة.

̶ قادر على تشغيل المعدات الأمنية ، على سبيل المثال جهاز اتصال لاسلكي.

̶ معرفة جيدة في المنطقة المخصصة.

̶ التدريبات والشهادات الأخرى ، على سبيل المثال يفضل HEAT.

Languages:

̶ Arabic language is mandatory, English is preferable.

Obligations:

The Contractor is obligated to ensure the following:

̶ Adhering to all PIN policies and procedures at all times including those stipulated in National

Staff Handbook, Child Protection Policy, Security Standard Operating Procedures, etc.

̶ Punctual attendance to work including both working hours in the assigned office.

̶ Ensuring timely and effective delivery of tasks.

̶ Correctness and completeness of given tasks.

̶ Prompt providing of all relevant information to their supervisor.

̶ Maintain confidentiality of all information gained from this service contract.

̶ Representing and upholding the values of People in Need at all times.

̶ Behave in appropriate manners at all times and in all places.
