Job Opportunity: Security Presales ConsultantLocation: Remote (with travel to client sites)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £80,000 + benefitsStart Date: ASAPSecurity Presales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance on network security solutions.
• Designing and proposing multi-vendor network security architectures tailored to client needs.
• Delivering high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Engaging with vendors and partners to ensure best-fit security solutions are recommended.
• Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed technical solutions.
• Conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations to validate security solutions.
• Staying updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and vendor offerings.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align with business and security objectives.

Security Presales Consultant Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, SIEM, etc.)
• Experience with multi-vendor security solutions (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Juniper, etc.)
• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
• Ability to design and propose secure network architectures for enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SASE solutions
• Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN)
• Experience working with RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders

Required Certifications:

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
