Role Overview

As a Security Trainee at LM International, you will work closely with the Global Head of Security to ensure the safety and security of our personnel operating in diverse environments. You will assist in implementing security protocols, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the enhancement of our security framework. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to regional and country offices to ensure the safety of staff during visits and program activities in high-risk locations.
  • Assist in the implementation of day-to-day security operations in alignment with LM International’s security framework.
  • Establish and maintain proper security procedures to safeguard personnel and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of staff capabilities through training and support initiatives.
  • Share insights, lessons learned, and drive security-related training programs across LM International.
  • Support ad hoc security activities aimed at enhancing security procedures and plans in various countries.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, International Relations, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience or exposure to security-related roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Understanding of security protocols and procedures in challenging or high-risk environments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving security challenges.
