Job Description:CLOSING DATE 28 MAY 2024As a Semi-Skilled Rotor Polisher in the NOV Monopumps facility in Greater Manchester, you will conduct semi-skilled rotor polishing duties within the machine shop. You will be keen to take on challenges, develop your leadership and or skills potential as well as expand your knowledge and experience through a variety of exciting initiativesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct machine and hand polishing duties
• Deburring + part marking duties
• Relevant administration duties, e.g. route cards
• FLT duties where necessary
• General housekeeping duties

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Current Fork Lift licence (desirable) – training will be provided
• Experience with hand polishing to high standards would be an advantage
• Familiar in working within a high productivity machine shop environment

SKILLS, TRAINING OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE:

• Computer literacy
• Manual handling, slinging and lifting
• HSE awareness
