- Remuneration: $110,801 to 119,149 p.a.

About You:
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults, experiencing difficulties related to mental health problems, cognitive impairment or developmental disorders
- Experience and understanding of case management in a human services field
- Experience in providing clinical supervision and mentorship
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide high-level clinical services (including services of a more complex nature) within a correctional environment with a multidisciplinary team focus.
- Provide clinical consultation, discipline specific interventions and assessment, including assessments of harm to self or others.
- Develop and contribute to the review of behavioural support and management plans
- Operate independently with minimal direct clinical supervision to provide a high quality clinical service, including the ability to exercise professional judgement in solving problems and managing complex situations.
- Act as an expert resource for other staff, facilitating the development of critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills including providing clinical practice supervision.
