This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conducts analyses and reporting in support of location migrations across the EMEA region, special projects/initiatives and/or planning activities.
- Maintains project governance documents ensuring they are fit for purpose and completed for all projects/initiatives.
- Independently applies processes and precedents to gather, organize and review operational data/metrics.
- Analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or presentations.
- Communicates effectively with management and business staff.
- Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
- Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
- Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives. No direct reports.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure that work is migrated in line with local requirements (for example Risk, Legal, Compliance).
- Co-ordinates with internal business partners (for example local management, recruitment, training teams) and tracks project activities through to completion.
- May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
